Welcome to Cab Rastey Taxi Booking Company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• By accepting, registering, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You will use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Our Services

We act as a technology platform to connect users with independent cab operators and drivers (“Cab Rastey”) for local, outstation, rental or airport travel. We do not own or operate any vehicles directly.

Types of services offered:

• One-way and round-trip Taxi bookings
• Local hourly rental services
• Airport pick-up and drop-off services
• Intercity travel bookings

3. Booking Process

You may book a ride through our website: www.cabrastey.com or mobile app (cabrastey).

The following steps typically apply:

1. Enter trip details (pickup/drop location, date, time, vehicle type).
2. Select from available service options and view pricing.
3. Provide contact and passenger details.
4. Confirm booking by making a full or partial payment, as per requirement.

You will receive confirmation via SMS/email. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the Service Provider.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via online methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• Partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges such as tolls, parking, night charges, or state taxes may apply and are paid by the customer if required.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking and contact details.
• Be available at the pickup location on time.
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect and well manner.
• Not engage in illegal, abusive, or unsafe behaviour during the ride.
• Always follow India rules and regulation and states rules as per govt guideline.

We reserve the right to deny service or ban accounts in case of violations.

6. Driver and Vehicle Policies

While we attempt to ensure quality service through verified partners, we do not control the actions of third-party drivers or guarantee:

• Timeliness or punctuality of services.
• Exact vehicle model or driver preferences unless specifically confirmed.
• Service beyond agreed destinations or times more than 50 KM customer and partner are full liable themself.

You are encouraged to verify the driver and vehicle details before boarding.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual transportation services provided.
• We are not liable for:
  • Any Loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride.
  • Any Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • Any Personal injuries or accidents not caused by our direct negligence.
  • Customers and Drivers are taking the CR services at their own risk no liability will be bear by the CR during Traveling hours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, internet failure, or technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, trademarks, designs, images, and text are the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

11. User Account and Communication

• You may be required to create an account or provide contact details to access certain services.
• You agree to receive transactional and promotional communications via SMS, email, or calls related to your bookings or our services. You may optional out at any time where applicable.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islampur (Nalanda) Bihar only.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
