1.2 Transaction & Ride Details

• Booking itinerary: pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, distance travelled, fare paid, promotion code used.
• Payment method details (e.g., PhonePe or other gateway reference).

1.3 Location and Usage Data

• GPS-based location from the app or your device’s IP address, Wi-Fi, cell data to enable ride tracking and nearby availability.
• App interaction logs: server logs including device IP, dates/times accessed, pages/features used, crashes, and browser/app version.
• Device information: device type, operating system, device ID, and similar metadata.
• SMS access (with permission) to automatically read OTPs during verification.
• Emergency contact details, if provided.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify identity of riders and driver-partners.
• To process payments securely, without storing full card data.
• To ensure ride safety: track ride progress, monitor driver behavior, and enable SOS features.

3. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

3.1 Service Delivery Partners

• With driver-partners to enable booking details such as your name, pickup, and drop-off locations.
